Then take the Bessie Coleman Dr exit toward Airport Terminal 5/A.R.F.F. Staging Area D, and turn right onto Bessie Coleman Dr. Next use the right lane to merge onto I-190 E via the ramp to Airport Terminal 5/I-90/I-294/Chicago, and take I-90 E to W Division St. At this point take exit 49A from I-90 E, and merge onto I-190 E. Afterwards, use the left 2 lanes to take the exit toward I-90 E, and use the left 2 lanes to keep left at the fork, continue on Exit 1B and follow signs for S River Rd. Next keep left to continue toward I-90 E, and keep left and merge onto I-90 E. Then keep left to stay on I-90 E, and take exit 49A for Division St. Finally, turn left onto W Division St, and SmokePost CBD Dispensary will be on the left.
